Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or finance.
• 1–3 years in transportation, warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience presenting high-level data analyses and reports.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and ensure documentation and funds for customs clearance.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Manage freight lane data in TMS and set up new lanes as needed.
• Coordinate container bookings to fulfill orders and production plans.
• Maintain container logs and ensure accurate inventory movement data.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate customs requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist in obtaining bids on shipping lanes and communicate with departments.
