Performs complex rework, repair, modification, and troubleshooting activities.* Diagnoses and resolves complex manufacturing, assembly, tooling, equipment, and test problems using technical knowledge and established methods. Makes recommendations for process requirements of new and existing processes.* Supports new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, production qualification, and transition of products from development into production.* Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
