Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in the greater Cleveland area is seeking a Logistics Technician, Staff, to execute and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time material availability and accurate inventory movement.

You will document export orders, support Lean improvements, collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering and quality, and leverage ERP/WMS tools to optimize workflows while meeting customer requirements and delivery windows.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of import/export compliance.
• Proficient with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Prioritizes tasks and organizes work to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coordinates the flow of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identifies potential improvement in logistic workflows and cost savings and participates in Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Routes outbound delivered loads and inbound back-hauls.
• Creates required export documentation to support international orders.
• Performs data entry by accurately documenting material movements and logistics records in the inventory management system.
