Job summary

IES Communications, LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Technician II - Logistics to support shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance. You will package, label and log daily activities, perform cycle counts, enter materials into the inventory database, and operate forklifts.

The position requires a high school diploma, 4+ years in a warehouse, and proficiency with SAP and Spectrum. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with benefits after 30 days and a pay range of $29.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years in a warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of operating systems SAP and Spectrum.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package, label and tag warehouse inventory.
• Log daily activities including receiving, shipping, stocking and auditing.
• Conduct cycle-counts of inventory and manage daily log.
• Enter material into the IES Inventory database.
• Load and unload goods and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain warehouse quality and report damaged inventory.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.
• Follow 5S and Lean principles and complete tasks efficiently.
