Job summary

IES Communications, LLC in El Paso, TX is seeking a Technician I - Logistics to handle shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance, with full benefits after 30 days. You will package, label, log daily activities, perform cycle counts, enter materials into the IES Inventory database, load/unload goods, and help uphold 5S and Lean practices.

Requires HS diploma, 2 years warehouse exp, SAP/Spectrum knowledge, and basic MS Office; lifting up to 50 lbs, driving standards, and ability to operate

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of SAP and Spectrum operating systems.
• Intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.
• Experience with power tools and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package, label and tag warehouse inventory.
• Log daily activities including receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling and auditing.
• Conduct cycle-counts and manage daily log.
• Enter material into IES Inventory database.
• Load and unload goods and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain warehouse quality by tracking damaged inventory.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicles if required.
• Work in accordance with 5S and Lean principles.
• Carry out tasks efficiently.
