Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Technician I - Logistics responsible for shipping, receiving and inventory duties in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will package, label and tag inventory and log daily activities across receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling and auditing processes.

The role requires two years in a warehouse, basic SAP/Spectrum knowledge, and proficiency with Windows/Office. Applicants must meet driving standards and may operate forklifts and company vehicles.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of SAP and Spectrum operating systems.
Intermediate skills in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Able to meet company driving standards and use power tools.

Responsibilities

Package, label and tag warehouse inventory.
Log daily activities: receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling, auditing and issuing materials.
Conduct cycle-counts and manage daily log.
Enter material into IES Inventory database.
Load/unload goods and ensure proper handling.
Maintain warehouse quality and report damaged inventory.
Operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.
Follow 5S and Lean principles in daily tasks.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
