Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Logistics Technician I for the 2nd shift in Buffalo, NY.

You will ensure timely shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods, package per instructions, coordinate with trucking companies, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will also handle documentation, labeling, and traceability, with opportunities for professional development and a 10% shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand written and verbal English.
• Background in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Must be able to use computers and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare products for shipment per instructions, coordinating with trucking companies.
• Ensure parts are clean before packaging.
• Receive products and materials from vendors, customers, and subsidiaries.
• Occasionally drive or deliver parts between plants.
• Label and package to meet contractual requirements and complete documentation.
• Maintain traceability by verifying material against vendor docs and marking trace numbers.
• Move materials through the shop and stock inventory.
