Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Logistics Technician to support daily logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, material handling, and production support. You will report to the Logistics Lead and help ensure accurate material control, timely production flow, and strong customer service in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on logistics experience, with Word/Excel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on logistics experience in inventory or materials management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Costpoint preferred).
• Understanding of inventory numbering, part identification, and material control practices.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory functions including cycle counts, kit pulling, labeling, organizing stock, and order fulfillment.
• Execute inventory adjustments and assist with quantity and price variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, packing slips, receiving documents, and shipping paperwork.
• Read and interpret purchase orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and customer requirements.
• Enter and update manufacturing orders and inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP system.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation for all manufacturing orders.
• Inspect outgoing products to confirm measurements, quality standards, and specifications.
• Perform visual inspection of received items to verify accuracy against purchase orders; identify defects, shortages, or incorrect items.
