Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services across multiple markets. The Warehouse Specialist role focuses on shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance to support operations.

You will package and label inventory, log daily activities and enter data into the IES Inventory database. This position requires physical agility, the ability to operate warehouse machinery, and a commitment to 5S and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (SAP, Spectrum).
• Intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must have the physical agility to conduct warehouse inventory.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package, label and tag warehouse inventory.
• Log daily activities including receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling, auditing, issuing materials.
• Conduct cycle-counts and manage daily log.
• Enter material into IES Inventory database.
• Load and unload goods and ensure proper handling.
• Track damaged inventory and report it promptly.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.
• Follow 5S and Lean principles while performing tasks.
