Job summary

Dow has an opportunity for a Logistics Technician at Lone Star Operations in Deer Park, TX. The role involves loading and unloading diversified materials, operating and monitoring pumps, valves and systems, and ensuring accurate SAP documentation for shipments.

You will work with engineers, technicians and schedulers to maintain safe operations and quality control while supporting laboratory activities as needed. High school diploma and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current, valid US driver’s license.
• U.S. work eligibility with no visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Product loading/unloading of railcars, tanks, isotainers and flexitanks.
• Operate loading operations and monitor equipment safely.
• Enter SAP data for shipments (Load In/Load Complete/Shipment Complete).
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment changes as needed.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures (EH&S, MPWP, ODMS).
• Train new distribution operators and assist in special projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, operators, schedulers, and vendors.
