Job summary

Dow is seeking a Logistics Technician for the Lone Star Operations in Deer Park, TX. The role focuses on loading/unloading, storage, SAP entries, and coordinating with engineers, schedulers, and lab techs to move products safely and efficiently.

You will operate pumps and valves, perform routine maintenance, manage documentation, and follow EH&S procedures while contributing to safe, reliable plant operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, valid US driver’s license.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Product loading/unloading for railcars, tanks, isotainers, and flexitanks.
• Enter Load In/Load Complete/Shipment Complete in SAP for shipments.
• Operate pumps, valves and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow EH&S and safety procedures and issue Safe Work Permits.
• Coordinate with engineers, operators, schedulers and lab techs to ensure safe product movement.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and support special projects.
