Job summary

Milo's Tea Company in Moore, SC is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage warehouse and shipping operations for a given shift, coaching associates to foster a culture of safety, quality, and service.

You will drive inventory accuracy, staffing, and continuous improvement across inventory management, labor productivity, and cross-functional processes. This role emphasizes food/beverage distribution and ERP/WMS/WES capabilities within our fast-growing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in Distribution / Warehouse / supply chain role
  • ERP, WMS, and WES experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a culture of safety across the floor and training observations
  • Ensure standard work procedures for accurate inventory counts across locations
  • Develop staffing model to meet inbound/outbound needs and hire/train hourly associates
  • Supervisory responsibilities over team members with focus on safety, quality and productivity
  • Support food safety and quality initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

You will coach, guide, and mentor a group of associates to create culture of safety, quality, and service. You will collaborate across departments and sites in an effort to drive continuous improvement within inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service activities.Responsibilities:Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure completion of all relevant training and observationsEnsure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locationsDevelop and sustain staffing model meet inbound and outbound shipment requirements, while striving to remain a shipper of choice for carriersHire, train, develop, and grow team of hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial resultsThis position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and QualityOther responsibilities, as necessary.Supervisory: This position has supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Related Field Preferred3-5 years experience in Distribution / Warehouse setting or supply chain management roleFood/beverage and/or CPG experience preferredExperience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferredPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
