Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a high-ability Supervisor, Logistics to lead the warehouse team in Highland, CA. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, issuing and shipping of materials and archival documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

You will guide staff on safe handling, train on equipment use, and coordinate with departments to plan shipments and projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years office/receiving/warehouse experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, inventory management, issuing and shipping of materials, supplies, equipment and parts.
• Guide team on proper handling and preservation of items during receiving, storage and shipping.
• Establish work procedures, schedules and streamline workflow for efficiency and compliance.
• Support equipment evaluation, maintenance and calibration to meet department needs.
• Maintain safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures and policies.
• Execute cycle count inventory and reconcile discrepancies; assist with PO discrepancies in ERP systems.
