Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor under the direction of the Manager, Logistics. You will lead a team responsible for receiving, storage, inventory management, issuing and shipping of materials, and the safekeeping of archival documents.

The role requires planning layouts, coordinating with departments, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining equipment, with emphasis on safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years office/receiving/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning warehouse layouts onsite and offsite based on turnover, size, weight, and other storage factors.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely shipment of finished goods and transfer to Casino/Tribal departments using ERP systems.
• Guide team on proper care, handling, and preservation of items; provide equipment use instructions.
• Establish work procedures, schedules, and streamline workflow for efficiency.
• Execute cycle count inventory and reconcile; investigate PO discrepancies in ERP systems.
