Job summary

Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities. You will supervise 20+ staff, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and implement safe, efficient operating procedures to meet service levels.

This role focuses on planning, staffing, payroll, and collaboration with Inventory Control to maintain accuracy. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment logs and open order reports to plan daily work.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Updates procedures and ensures understanding by warehouse staff.
• Tracks productivity and measures performance by team and department.
• Works with Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manages payroll for the department.
• Advises on handling of items received, stored, and shipped.
• Traces item history to resolve discrepancies and suggests actions.
• Determines procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Enforces safety procedures and resolves employee grievances.
