Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Distribution Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive logistics/distribution leadership experience in high-volume warehousing.
• 7+ years of supervisory/management experience across a multi-site network.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define strategies and objectives for logistics and fleet.
• Analyze fleet operations (cars, shuttles, trucks, maintenance) for compliance and efficiency.
• Develop policies to support logistics and fleet infrastructure goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations with tech, processes and partners.
• Manage KPIs and executive reporting for inventory, capacity and turnover.
• Drive a culture of safety and ensure compliant work environments.
• Establish handling protocols and storage requirements; manage recycling programs.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate impacts on workflows and inform leadership.
• Perform additional duties to support department operations.
