Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, support accurate inventory and shipping, and develop a team that works safely and efficiently.

You will supervise shipping/receiving, enforce safety, manage attendance in Workday, maintain records, coordinate material schedules, oversee cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive improvements with other departments. Forklift certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people management in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience with WMS, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of safety practices, ISO audits, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Valid forklift certification or license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities for the assigned shift.
• Enforce health and safety requirements through audits, daily checks, and team coaching.
• Manage time and attendance in Workday for employees and contingent workers.
• Maintain accurate receiving and shipping records, and reject materials that do not meet requirements.
• Coordinate material schedules and stock availability to support production needs and new model introductions.
• Oversee cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, retention, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.
• Train and evaluate associates, participate in hiring, and support onboarding.
• Support regulatory compliance, ISO audits, asset protection, and applicable 3PL operations.
• Work with other departments to resolve issues and improve warehouse tools and processes.
• Operate a forklift and assist with manual handling as needed.
