Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a Hyve Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety compliance, and manage inventory accurately. The role includes supervision of staff, coordinating shipping and receiving, and maintaining cycle counts across shifts.

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in warehouse leadership, ISO knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years man management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Certified warehouse supervisory management certification or working towards it.
• Knowledge of ISO audits and warehouse compliance items.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of a Warehouse department / Shift.
• Ensures health and safety requirements are adhered to with audits and daily checks by leads.
• Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
• Ensures shipping processes are complete and accurate.
• Reports and documents inventory discrepancies through supervision of cycle counting.
