Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to oversee receiving, processing and distribution of materials at our Olive Branch, MS location. You will supervise the Receiving Team and assist with related duties to ensure timely handling and accurate inventory.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This full-time, on-site role offers benefits including 401(k), health/dental insurance, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
• Effective communication within group or presentation settings.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to regularly push/pull and lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Administers and oversees daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for the area.
• Resolves issues in a timely and effective manner within defined procedures.
• Exercises judgment and decision making to determine appropriate actions.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and non-exempt staff.
