Northwest Center is seeking a dynamic Team Supervisor to oversee ship provisioning operations in Bremerton and Everett. You will lead loading teams outdoors, train staff, and collaborate with managers to optimize processes while upholding safety and inclusivity.

The role requires lifting 40–70 lbs, operating vans and forklifts, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to pass Naval clearance background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a logistics setting.
• Experience in material handling or general labor.
• Ability to operate motorized and manual material handling equipment.
• Must lift 40–70 lbs consistently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Naval clearance.
