Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Supply Warehouse Lead at SWFPAC/MCSFBn in Bremerton, WA. The role oversees receipt, storage, and distribution of critical gear and equipment for Navy security platoons, with supervision of warehouse staff and inventories to ensure optimum stock accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in warehouse management and stock control.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and military or large-scale logistics systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of clothing, gear, repair parts, and equipment.
• Supervise warehouse clerks, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Conduct inventories to maintain high stock accountability.
• Oversee transactions in Navy/Marine Corps logistics databases.
• Plan layouts to maximize storage efficiency and safety compliance.
• Inspect incoming shipments and resolve discrepancies (OS&D).
• Coordinate staging and timely delivery to units and checkpoints.
• Ensure daily safety checks and PM for MHE; maintain CBR gear for ~580 personnel.
• Maintain 100% incoming material accountability; report discrepancies.
