Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.
• Training in transport, logistics and management.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and manage workload to meet defined objectives.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and follow internal processes.
• Communicate on road map and goals; monitor activity and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with customer and internal partners; report KPIs and deviations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and audits in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
