Job summary

X2 logics is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to oversee end-to-end logistics operations across the North America region from the Greenville area. You will manage a 20+ member team of routers, planners, and shipment coordinators, while serving as a key client-facing leader for performance and delivery improvements.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, escalation handling, KPI delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with sourcing, finance, and logistics providers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large logistics teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end NA logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across the North America region; manage a 20+ person team.
• Lead workforce planning, cross-training, resource allocation, and coverage scheduling; drive performance and development.
• Serve as primary client-facing leader and manage escalations with stakeholders.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments; present monthly performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Build partnerships with business, project, sourcing, finance, and logistics providers.
• Lead logistics transformation projects and standardization; knowledge of TMS systems (OTM, SAP, Blue Yonder).
• Manage transportation planning and execution for domestic and international shipments; monitor ETA, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customs regulations; drive supplier performance and freight audits.
