Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS GA Plant is seeking a logistics supervisor to lead a warehouse team, manage delivery schedules, and maintain inventories with a focus on safety, cost, and quality. You will drive continuous improvement, uphold union-free practices, and coordinate with purchasing and production teams to meet daily objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics within a manufacturing setting, a high school diploma, and a valid PIV license. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in logistics within manufacturing/automotive.
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Must obtain/maintain valid PIV license.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engages and leads Team Members to meet day-to-day tactical objectives.
• Manage subordinates, investigate issues, monitor delivery schedules.
• Ensure warehouse processes follow SQDCM and safety guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Ensure timely processing of EDI transmissions.
• Promote a union-free environment and continuous improvement.
