Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Lead to help run our warehouse day-to-day on Sun–Wed, 7:00am–5:30pm.

You will lead and support the team, ensure shipping and receiving runs smoothly, keep inventory accurate, and help improve processes and productivity while maintaining a safe, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising in a warehouse.
• Solid understanding of shipping, receiving, and 3PL operations.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Experience improving processes or workflow.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems to track inventory and operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Good communication skills to work with team members and other departments.
