Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a logistics supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee hourly staff, drive improvements, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will manage material receipt, storage, issues, and service levels while maintaining high standards of accuracy and performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on involvement in a fast-paced environment. Travel to other sites may be required, and experience with ERP/MRP systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP/inventory management software.
• Experience leading materials management teams and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with MRP systems and WarpDrive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly workforce, assess performance, provide feedback and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations and inventory management.
• Maintain safe work environment with goal of zero OSHA recordables.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing of parts and materials.
