Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Logistics Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead an hourly team in a fast-paced logistic environment. You will supervise receiving, storage, and issuing of parts, while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

A strong emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance will guide daily operations. You will report to the Logistics lead, coordinate with internal customers, and ensure service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 4+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management software recommended.
• Leadership experience in materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an hourly workforce by assessing performance and addressing issues.
• Lead by example and motivate the organization to achieve results.
• Monitor and improve operations with emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage reception, storage, and issuance of parts and materials into inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations and customer service.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.
• Oversee cycle counting and audit readiness.
