Job summary

SpaceXAI in Mississippi is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee a hourly workforce on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed). You will drive safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service while delivering continuous improvements.

You will implement staffing plans, monitor performance, manage shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and cost-saving opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in related field, plus ERP/MRP experience and leadership, are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Or 4+ years of experience in materials management in lieu of a degree.
ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage an hourly workforce by assessing performance and implementing corrective actions.
Lead by example and motivate the organization to achieve results.
Monitor operations to maintain a safe environment with zero OSHA recordables.
Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of parts and inventory.
Drive cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Ensure cycle counting and audit requirements are met.
Lead shipping/receiving and coordinate internal/external movements.
Support service levels and material replenishment for internal customers.
