Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• 1+ years with SpaceX in materials management desirable.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily/weekly team meetings to help the team improve.
• Oversee daily shift backlogs and ensure metric targets are met.
• Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands.
• Provide input on employees' performance.
• Serve as focal point for area group production coordinators.
• Participate in creating to‑do lists for improvements.
• Fill resource gaps when shifts are short-handed.
• Mentor employees to meet supervisor expectations.
• Train continuously to improve workers' skills.
• Monitor consumables and reordering.
• Monitor Fulfillment Center email inbox.
• Receive, store, and issue materials as required.
• Store parts and materials in bins and identify locations.
• Perform picking to assemble kits and ensure parts are accounted.
• Maintain material handling per procedures.
• Monitor shelf-life and rotate stock.
• Maintain temperature requirements for sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve receipt/distribution issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping and efficiency.
• Support the organization's metric goals and objectives.
