Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, is hiring a Logistics Team Lead for our Fort Worth, TX office. The role directs teammates and manages day-to-day operations in the distribution center to meet production and client shipping deadlines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, some supervisory experience, and clear English communication. We offer on-site work with supportive culture and opportunities to grow.

About the role

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective areas and managing day-to-day operations to meet required levels of production. We will count on you to coordinate inbound and outbound product movements within the distribution center and ensure that client orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management.
• Provide support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings.
• Assume the manager's role during the manager’s absence.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Some supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
