Job summary

Insight is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in our Fort Worth, TX distribution center. You will direct teammates, coordinate inbound and outbound movements, and ensure orders ship promptly to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, at least 1 year in warehousing, and are proficient in English. This is an onsite role with growth opportunities within the team.

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Pay: $25.72/hr

About the role

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective areas and managing day-to-day operations to meet required levels of production. We will count on you to coordinate inbound and outbound product movements within the distribution center and ensure that client orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management.
• Provide support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings.
• Assume the manager's role during the manager’s absence.
• Proactively take accountability for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Some supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
