Job summary

Insight is seeking a Services Operations Specialist to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This onsite role focuses on processing orders, handling device exchanges, and ensuring timely, accurate service within client SLA frameworks.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 8:00am–5:00pm shift and a $20/hour W2 arrangement. The role sits in the Sustainability department, supporting a busy integration and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to SLA.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, managing receipt dates and working with distribution staff.
• Become an expert on information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
• Deliver client communications verbally and in writing, responding to inquiries or complaints promptly.

Services Operations Specialist W2

Location: This role is fully onsite in our Fort Worth, TX office.

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Services Operations Specialist W2 with Insight, you are situated in different sections within the Sustainability department, which operates as an integration and warehouse facility. We will count on you to expect moderate noise levels akin to a typical business office environment with computers, phones, and printers, as well as light foot traffic. Along the way, you will should be comfortable working in a confined space and capable of sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods.

As a Services Operations Specialist W2, you will get to:

• Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
• Become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
• Clear communication skills are required to deliver client-facing messages verbally and in writing, and the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
