Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Logistics Support: V for a 1 year contract at Sabine Pass, TX. The role focuses on materials coordination, SAP-based processing, and maintenance planning within a large production facility in the oil/gas sector.

You will collaborate across maintenance, engineering, warehousing, and scheduling teams to ensure material availability, accurate procurement support, and efficient work list execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a large production facility (oil, gas, chemical, LNG).
• Experience in maintenance execution management, including lead, supervisory, OMC, or PMC responsibilities.
• Strong SAP knowledge and materials coordination.
• Experience planning and scheduling in maintenance operations.
• Material availability coordination for maintenance work, planned activities, urgent requests, and repair/return processes.
• Proficient in maintenance and reliability practices within an operational industrial setting.

Role Overview

This opportunity is suited to a materials coordination professional supporting maintenance activity within a large production facility environment. The role focuses on material availability, warehouse coordination, procurement support, and maintenance planning, with strong emphasis on SAP, supply chain collaboration, and operational reliability. This position offers broad exposure across maintenance, engineering, warehousing, and scheduling functions while contributing to efficient execution of work list and planned activities.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in a large production facility within oil, gas, chemical, or LNG environments.
• Experience in maintenance execution management, including lead, supervisory, OMC, or PMC responsibilities.
• Demonstrated background in planning and scheduling within maintenance operations.
• Experience coordinating material availability for maintenance work, planned activities, urgent requests, and repair and return processes.
• Practical knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices within an operational industrial setting.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP knowledge, including purchase-to-pay processes and materials coordination activities.
• Working knowledge of planning and scheduling systems, including Prometheus and P-6.
• Strong understanding of materials management practices, including inventory coordination, warehouse interaction, and vendor liaison.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively based on operational need.
• Effective computer and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with personnel across multiple functions and levels.
• Ability to support continuous improvement in materials procurement, warehousing, and supply chain activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of maintenance crafts, including mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines.
• 3-5 years of validated craft training designation.
