Job summary

Resonant Clinical Solutions seeks an Associate – Shipping and Receiving /Logistics Support for our Leesburg, VA facility. You will ensure high‑quality packaging, shipping and receiving, and provide courier services as needed.

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and up-to-date safety knowledge are essential. The role includes archiving duties and collaboration with a fast-paced team in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Capable of producing quality work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and operate warehouse/archive equipment.
• General understanding of PPE and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of our work and how it must be completed in compliance with applicable US and OECD regulations and our Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop an understanding of Chemical Safety and the proper use of safety equipment.
• Understand the Standard Operating Procedures and equipment associated with their duties.
• Understand the significance of Quality Control procedures and perform their work accordingly.
• Conduct courier services.
• Ensure vehicle logs and driving records are present and up to date.
• Complete packaging and ship material following the regulatory requirements and transportation guidelines.
• Verify receipts to ensure damage free products are introduced into our system, discrepancies are properly documented, and accurate records are maintained.
• Place all incoming and outgoing materials in appropriate staging and storage locations.
• Preserve the quality and integrity of materials while loading and unloading activities occur.
• Promote the importance of inventory accuracy and aid all other coworkers in all inventory movements as necessaryEnsure Receiving/Warehouse areas are safe, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures of the Archives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel

Role Mission

The Associate – Shipping and Receiving /Logistics Support is responsible for ensuring high quality packaging, shipping and receiving services, as well as providing courier services as necessary. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of archiving duties. We are looking for a strong team player, ideally with some logistics/shipping experience who is detail oriented.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Working knowledge of warehouse, logistics, shipping, and receiving operations, including inventory control and documentation practices; prior experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety requirements, PPE requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines, including DOT shipping requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer/data-entry systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles as required.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is performed in warehouse, archive, and loading dock environments, including climate‑controlled and outdoor‑adjacent areas.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling throughout the workday, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Regular use of warehouse equipment, packaging tools, and company vehicles for courier activities.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, chemicals, hazardous materials, and regulated shipments requiring adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
• Fast‑paced environment with fluctuating workloads, operational priorities, and shipping/receiving volumes.
• All work must be performed in compliance with company safety policies, applicable regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Annual Salary: $46,400 - $48,400 per year, commensurate with experience.

No weekends or holidays - day shift (8 am to 5 pm M-F).
