Job summary

Resonetics in Fridley, MN is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory, and general assembly tasks. You will support production packing, kitting, and shipping while maintaining traceability and safe, organized operations.

The role requires forklift certification within 90 days and at least 1 year in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting. You will work with multiple departments to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

• Palletize freight shipments.
• Performing inspections for the operations team.
• Working with project managers to manage inventory.
• Working in our MRP (inventory management system).

The Warehouse Coordinator role will be responsible for receiving product, inspection, shipping, inventory management, general warehouse organization activities, ordering clean room supplies, and doing general assembly work on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Performing majority of inspections for the operations team
• Working with project managers to manage inventory
• Working in our MRP (inventory management system)
• Help with production packing, kitting, and shipping
• Working as a team member to support development and operations projects
• Work at a pace that meets establish time standards while making quality product
• Communicate progress and report problems to Supervisor and Line Lead(s)
• Perform routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support company finance, accounting, human resources, quality, regulatory, and clinical departments as necessary to ensure compliance with requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and be versatile with the work flow each day
• 1+ year(s) working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and/or warehouse setting.
• Must have or be willing/able to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to prioritize workday based on the needs of the business
• Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.

Physical Demands

Compensation

• The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $18.50–$23.00/hour.
