KSC Foods is seeking a dependable Logistics Support Coordinator to support daily transportation, delivery, and customer service operations. • Experience in customer service, transportation, dispatch, logistics, or administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare load-out sheets, delivery paperwork, and other transportation documents.
• Provide daily dispatch and route support to CDL drivers.
• Monitor driver locations and route progress through Samsara.
• Communicate delivery updates, delays, and operational needs to drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel.
• Assist with route planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate hotel accommodations and other driver travel needs.
• Review documentation for accuracy and maintain organized transportation records.
• Help resolve routine customer, driver, and delivery concerns.
• Support compliance with company procedures and applicable transportation requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
