Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply Company in Katy, TX is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to help manage outbound freight queues, document discrepancies, and coordinate PO scheduling.

You will support customers, maintain transfer reports, and work with a team in a fast-paced distribution environment within the Sonepar group. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a proactive approach to logistics administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years relevant administrative experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Systemically manage the queue for outbound freight
• Manage and record all discrepancies
• Maintain location-to-location transfer report
• Identify scheduled PO’s via shipping schedule
• Maintain reporting for indexing and PO compliance
• Provide customer support
• Other duties as assigned
