Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control efforts at our Clearfield, UT facility. The role focuses on manual material movement, accurate records, and timely processing within a multi-discipline Supply Chain environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma, eligibility for a U.S. Government Secret clearance, and experience with MS Office and MRP systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years shipping/receiving or inventory control experience.
Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
Forklift experience and ability to operate related freight handling equipment preferred.
Physical ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds and perform moderate strenuous work.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation and records.
Assist with inventory storage, tracking, and issue of materials.
Coordinate with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
Support Accounts Payable with shipment information for invoices.
Ensure parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
