Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 2 for our Ogden, Utah site. The role supports multiple disciplines across Supply Chain, focusing on manufacturing and logistics, including goods movement, shipping, receiving and warehouse operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years in logistics, MS 365 tools, SAP/MES familiarity, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. A forklift certification and 10% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of logistics experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Forklift certification eligibility required.
• Lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; travel at least 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical and execution support in Goods Movement and Logistics.
• Track Raw Material and Parts for manufacturing processes.
• Operate SAP Goods Issue and Goods Receiving transactions.
• Assist multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.
• Load/unload materials and shipments; support warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with shop floor and Integration/Production Control teams.
• Wrap and pack parts for on/offsite locations.
• Provide status updates in planning/status sessions.
• Operate company vehicles for pick-up/delivery when needed.
• Understand manufacturing processes and technical requirements.
