Qualifications

• 3 years of functional experience in multiple supply chain service lines.
• 2 years of supervisory or equivalent experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical direction and leadership to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve operations issues to prevent service failures.
• Lead a team of salaried and hourly employees, providing mentoring and career development.
• Develop and implement project plans with timelines and ownership.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to optimize supply chain performance.
• Review metrics, budgets and KPIs to ensure contractual delivery and continuous improvement.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
