Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with focus on Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3 years of functional experience across multiple supply chain service lines (transportation, warehousing, LLP, etc.)
• 2 years of supervisory or equivalent experience
• Experience with root cause analysis preferred
• Ability to identify interim solutions with network implications
• Strategic alignment of location with customer expectations and SOW

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all day-to-day account activities.
• Monitor carrier performance to optimize value delivered to the customer.
• Develop action plans to address issues affecting the supply chain network.
• Drive process and system improvements to reduce cycle time and cost.
• Supervise salaried and hourly staff; provide career development and mentorship.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and ownership.
• Manage budgets and communicate progress with customers and leadership.
