Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations at our Atlanta facility, driving efficiency and accuracy in inbound, production, and outbound materials.

This hands‑on leadership role coordinates with operations, production, and transportation partners to ensure uninterrupted plant performance. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, a related bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in chemical, industrial manufacturing, bulk materials, recycling, or process manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and ERP systems.
  • Experience shipping bulk chemicals.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Lead day‑to‑day warehouse and logistics operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manage inbound transportation, receiving, inventory control, and material flow to production.
  • Oversee outbound shipments, including coordination with transportation providers.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, cycle counting, and reporting.
  • Develop KPIs and operational dashboards to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and operational efficiency.

Job description

A rapidly growing industrial manufacturing company focused on sustainable materials and process innovation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations supporting a continuous manufacturing facility.

This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing inbound raw material logistics, warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, internal material flow to production, and outbound shipments. The Supply Chain Manager will work cross‑functionally with operations, production, customer service, suppliers, and transportation partners to ensure uninterrupted plant performance while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience managing bulk transportation and leading operational teams. Must have experience shipping bulk chemicals.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
