Job summary

Electrify America is the nation's largest open DC fast charging network. We seek a Logistics Manager to lead transport, warehousing, and service parts distribution for a multi-location DC fast charger network across the US and Canada.

You will manage a team of 4 direct staff and 20+ indirects, coordinate with 3PLs, and drive strategic cost reductions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years in logistics, strong leadership, and a track record in optimizing supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading logistics teams and initiatives; global logistics expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a team of 4 direct and 20+ indirect logistics professionals across 10 warehouse locations in the US and Canada.
• Oversee 3PL partners, shipment planning, execution, and warehousing.
• Manage budgeting, KPI reporting, and supplier performance (penalties and reviews).
• Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance and optimize service parts and equipment distribution.
• Collaborate with Field Services Manager and NOC to improve uptime and customer satisfaction.
