Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a senior logistics improvement leader to drive value stream mapping, warehouse standards, and cost-saving initiatives across receiving to shipping.

You will partner with Engineering and Packaging, lead cross-functional projects, and own trade compliance, KPI development, and savings validation with Finance. Travel up to 50% and contribute to CSP's BENEfits4U culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in manufacturing logistics or warehousing.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects with measurable cost results.
• Lean, value stream mapping, transportation analysis, and root-cause solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead current- and future-state value stream mapping and material-flow studies.
• Develop standards for warehouse layout and material handling.
• Improve trailer utilization, shipping routes, and interplant transport.
• Own trade compliance for CSP’s supply chain including HTS and customs.
• Manage improvement projects from baseline to sustained results.
