Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Logistics Associate to support the logistics manager with calls, training, equipment maintenance, and daily operations. You will help ensure DOT/CMV compliance, oversee product delivery, and train new associates on SGWS policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining Road Net, keeping the fleet safe and productive, coordinating route changes, and assisting in recruiting logistics personnel. A bachelor's degree is required.

• Maintain equipment and oversee all aspects of the logistics department.
• Ensure DOT and CMV compliance for associates and oversee product delivery.
• Maintain Road Net software and monitor fleet safety and maintenance.
• Coach and counsel associates based on surveys and performance data.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of logistics staff.
