• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of the product to the customer.
• Train new logistics associates on SGWS policies and procedures.
• Maintain the Road Net software and accurate scheduling.
• Ensure fleet maintenance and safety issues are addressed.
• Coach associates on performance using surveys and feedback.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring of logistics staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
