Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits seeks a logistics support professional to assist the logistics manager with associate calls, training, and maintenance of equipment. You will help ensure DOT/CMV compliance and oversee product delivery while maintaining fleet safety standards.

The role includes supporting recruiting, training, and policy communication, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in daily routing and operations within a large beverage distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist logistics manager with associate calls and new associate training.
• Maintain equipment and oversee all aspects of the logistics department.
• Ensure DOT and CMV compliance for all logistics associates.
• Oversee product delivery to customers and policy adherence.
• Maintain RoadNet software and fleet safety/maintenance.
• Support recruitment and development of logistics staff.
• Conduct safety training and communicate route changes daily.
