Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in New Orleans, LA seeks a logistics associate to support the logistics manager with calls, training, and equipment maintenance. You will help oversee product delivery, ensure compliance, and maintain Road Net software.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills. On-site position with a broad benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the logistics manager with associate and customer calls, training, maintenance of equipment, and all aspects of the logistics department.
• Oversee delivery of product to customers and ensure DOT/CMV compliance for associates.
• Maintain Road Net software and ensure fleet maintenance and safety-related issues.
• Coach and counsel associates on performance via surveys and feedback.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of logistics staff.
