Pacific Powder Coating in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate drivers, schedule shipments, and ensure the safe, compliant movement of products.

You will lead the S&R team, verify materials, manage DOT/CA compliance, and perform deliveries when needed, with forklift duties and a focus on accuracy and customer communication. This hands-on role requires leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and JobBoss2.

Formación

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Strong customer service skills with direct communication experience.
• Proficiency with email, Excel, and company software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer service on order status and shipment timing.
• Verify incoming materials and customer jobs against paperwork and condition.
• Confirm counts, weights, and identifying information prior to shipment.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance for hazardous materials handling and documentation.
• Oversee drivers and delivery operations with DOT/CA compliance.
• Perform deliveries and cover driver routes as needed.
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading as needed.
• Train, schedule, and manage performance for the S&R team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety policy compliance.
