Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high‑volume warehouse team. You will direct inbound receiving, enforce policies, and drive safety and efficiency across operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement to meet service goals. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with at least 3 years of related experience in warehousing or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong organization, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure inbound functions are efficient and accurate.
• Ensure team understands and operates within policies and procedures.
• Coach, train, direct, and counsel operational associates on performance.
• Define productivity expectations and monitor progress regularly.
• Identify opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance of all team members.
